Yuliya Valentynivna utilizes modern diagnostic and treatment methods in her daily practice:

• Analysis of targeted dental X-rays, OPGs, and CBCT scans;

• Proficiency in various local anesthesia techniques;

• Use of working field isolation with a cofferdam system during fillings, restorations, and root canal treatments. This ensures higher treatment quality by preventing saliva, gingival fluid, blood, and microbes from entering the work area and reduces complication risks;

• When placing fillings and performing restorations, she follows principles of preserving anatomical shapes and restoring physiological contact points between teeth, using rational tooth hard tissue preparation, matrix systems, and separation rings;

• Application of modern standards in endodontic root canal treatment, including the use of rotary mechanical instruments, irrigation protocols with sodium hypochlorite and EDTA, and root canal obturation via vertical condensation of heated gutta-percha.

During periodontal appointments, the doctor assesses the patient’s periodontal status: conducting an examination, creating periodontal charts, and analyzing X-ray studies. This enables the development of a treatment plan, determining the prognosis, and restoring chewing function.

Services provided:

• Scaling (removal of supragingival hard dental deposits) using ultrasonic, sonic, and manual instruments;

• Supragingival powder-abrasive cleaning with the CAVO 3 device using calcium carbonate granules (CAVO pearls);

• Subgingival powder-abrasive root cleaning with the CAVO Perio device using glycine powder;

• SRP (Scaling and Root Planing / closed curettage of periodontal pockets) using Gracey, Langer, Columbia, and other curettes;

• Prescription of medication support for periodontal disease treatment, including rational antibiotic therapy when indicated and anti-inflammatory therapy;

• Selection of individual hygiene products (manual and sonic toothbrushes, interdental brushes, single-tuft brushes, irrigators) and recommendations for toothpaste and mouthwash for daily hygiene;

• Tooth splinting for varying degrees of mobility using materials like Dentapreg fiberglass tape and Jen fiber;

• Conducts supportive periodontal therapy and maintenance using the Vector device every 3–6 months (depending on indications);

• Use of plasma therapy and hyaluronic acid to improve metabolic processes in periodontal tissues and stimulate collagen synthesis.

To ensure comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation of patients with periodontal diseases, the doctor collaborates with specialists. For effective restoration of chewing function and aesthetics, she works closely with related specialists within the clinic: implant surgeons, prosthodontists, orthodontists, and endodontists who utilize microscopes.
