A cyst is not life-threatening, and the disease often shows no symptoms for a long time. So why agree to surgery if nothing is bothering you? Unfortunately, it is only a matter of time before problems arise. The cyst grows, thinning the jawbone, meaning a jaw fracture could occur even with minimal force. The defect arises following inflammation in the root canals, and inside it is fluid containing tissue breakdown particles and microorganisms. Such a formation in the upper jaw can involve the maxillary sinuses and nasal mucosa in the process, leading to tooth loss and other complications. An effective way to stop this tissue destruction without losing teeth is cystectomy—a method designed to completely eliminate the cystic formation.

How is the operation to remove a tooth cyst with a root performed at Med-Deo?
