Anton Ihorovych performs tooth extractions of varying complexity, delivering high-quality surgical care. Dr. Ihorovych specializes in immediate implantation. In most cases, it is possible to place a dental implant directly into the socket of a recently extracted tooth. Scientific research and practical experience demonstrate that immediate implantation promotes more natural osseointegration, bone regeneration around the implant, and optimal shaping of surrounding soft tissues — all contributing to improved treatment outcomes.

This method also shortens the patient’s rehabilitation time by approximately three months compared to the traditional two-stage protocol. In some cases, the implant can be immediately “loaded” by placing a temporary crown on the same day, which is particularly important in the anterior (front) region for aesthetic reasons.

The long-term success of an implant largely depends on the quantity and quality of bone and soft tissues surrounding it. In certain cases, additional procedures are necessary to ensure proper implant placement. Dr. Ihorovych is highly proficient in various bone grafting techniques (using both resorbable and non-resorbable membranes), open and closed sinus lifts, as well as soft tissue augmentation, including connective tissue grafts and gum recession coverage around teeth and implants.
