GIFT CERTIFICATE USAGE RULES MED-DEO MEDICAL CENTER

The Purchaser of the Gift Certificate (hereinafter – the Purchaser) agrees to:
Fulfill the terms of the Public Offer Agreement for the Gift Certificate, concluded between the Seller and the Purchaser/Holder of the Gift Certificate
Comply with the Rules for using gift certificates of the Med-Deo medical center, according to which the Seller or Purchaser/Holder of the Gift Certificate (any person presenting the Gift Certificate to receive medical services, hereinafter – the Holder) has the right, during the validity period of the Gift Certificate, to receive medical services in the amount equal to the certificate’s face value at prices valid on the date of service delivery
The Purchaser’s payment of a deposit (funds in an amount equal to the face value of the gift certificate indicated on the front of the Gift Certificate)
Purchase:
Gift certificates of various denominations can be purchased from administrators of the Med-Deo medical center (hereinafter – MC, medical center) at MC business locations by cashless payment, cash payment, or ordered online by transferring funds to the MC bank account.
Service Rights:
The Gift Certificate provides the right to receive medical services provided at the medical center in the amount of the Gift Certificate’s face value or the right to receive a specific medical service indicated in the Gift Certificate.
Validity Period:
The Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable:
If the Purchaser/Holder does not use the medical services of the Med-Deo medical center or uses them partially during the certificate’s validity period (6 months), the funds paid as a deposit are non-refundable and remain at the MC’s disposal.
Multiple Uses:
Medical services at the MC can be used multiple times with the Gift Certificate until its face value is exhausted.

Additional Payment:
If the Purchaser of the Gift Certificate selects services exceeding the certificate’s face value, the Purchaser/Holder must pay the difference between the service price and the Gift Certificate’s face value.
Presentation Required:
A condition for using the Gift Certificate is its presentation to the administrator before treatment begins, along with the receipt confirming its purchase.
Single User:
Only one person can use the certificate.
Non-Returnable:
The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No Additional Discounts:
Discount cards do not apply to Gift Certificate purchases.
Exclusions:
The Gift Certificate does not apply to promotional and/or special offers valid at the MC.
Lost Certificates:
In case of loss, the Gift Certificate cannot be restored.
Booking Required:
Services under the certificate are provided by advance booking on the website or by phone (you must inform the call center operator and/or administrator that you wish to book and/or receive medical services using a Gift Certificate).
Agreement:
Purchase of a Gift Certificate indicates the Purchaser/Holder’s agreement with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement for the Gift Certificate (Agreement posted on the website) and these Rules.
